Our HeliCore Collective family helps save lives
The HeliCore Collective is a unique initiative that brings together local businesses, professionals, and community organisations committed to supporting BMA CQ Rescue’s lifesaving work. It’s more than a networking opportunity; it's a chance to be part of a community that makes a real difference to the people of Central Queensland.
Operating two AW139 helicopters across a vast service region from Townsville to Rockhampton comes with significant annual costs exceeding $17 million. The HeliCore Collective provides a meaningful avenue for organisations to contribute directly to sustaining this critical service.
Members of the Collective represent a diverse mix of industries, including local businesses, mining, community organisations, and even former patients. By contributing $1,200 per year, members help ensure BMA CQ Rescue can continue to respond rapidly to emergencies, deliver medical transfers, and conduct search and rescue operations across the region.
Membership also provides exclusive access to quarterly events at the BMA CQ Rescue hangar. These gatherings offer an opportunity to meet the crew, explore the helicopters, and gain firsthand insight into the life-saving work your support enables.
