Expressions of Interest - BMA CQ Rescue Gala

We’re getting ready for our Annual Charity Gala, and we’d love some extra hands to help us out in the lead-up to the big night! If you’re keen to get involved and make a difference, we have plenty of tasks that could use your support, including:

• Reaching out to local businesses for silent auction donations

• Collecting donated items from generous supporters

• Preparing and packaging event tickets for delivery

• Delivering tickets to attendees around town

• Organising raffle items and so much more!

Dates and times vary depending on tasks required.
